45 companies have benefited from the grant given to catering establishments that include differentiated quality and organic products from the Valencia Region on their menus in the 2022 call for applications.
The amount has ranged between 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 euros, reaching a total of 240,000 euros, in total. A massive amount allocated by the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition of the Generalitat Valenciana.
The establishments have been distinguished with one, two or three hearts depending on the number of quality, proximity, seasonal and origin products incorporated in their menus to give visibility to Valencian producers, promote our varied pantry and promote a cuisine of product and story.
