Fruit Logistica

Fruit Logistica is the annual trade fair dedicated to the fruit and vegetable sector and is held in Berlin, usually in February. It is the leading trade fair for the global fruit trade and covers the entire distribution chain of the fruit and vegetable industry, from the grower to the point of sale.

In 2020, the last pre-pandemic edition, more than 3,300 exhibitors from 91 countries presented their products, services and technical solutions at Fruit Logistica. In addition, around 73,000 buyers and trade visitors from more than 135 countries participated in the event.

Last year’s edition had an exhibition area of 112,000 m2, where 1,994 exhibitors from 87 countries had the opportunity to present their new products, make contacts with future clients and promote the internationalisation of their companies. These same objectivesare pursued by the Valencian producers who attend under the umbrella of the Conselleria of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition every year.

Valencian companies from different sectors such as citrus fruits, grapes, pomegranates, vegetables, fruit juices and even seeds, amongst others, are present at the Berlin Exhibition Centre, together with Denominations of Origin such as the Ribera del Xúquer persimmon, Benicarló artichoke, the Mollar pomegranate from Elche or the PGI Valencia Citrus, which are regulars at the event. Without a doubt, a magnificent showcase for the delicacies harvested in the fertile lands of Valencia.
